How to Submit a Dealership Support Request

The PSP Team provides dealership support for implementing and using the PSP functionality. Implementing and using PSP differs depending on which Business Management System your dealership uses. Training Guides are available for each Business System Vendor.

Submitting a "PSP Support Ticket" will ensure that your issue receives prompt attention and is resolved quickly. A Support Ticket can be opened by calling the PSP Dealer Hotline at (888) 395-4998 or by sending an email to the PSP Team.
